Boyz II Men是一只多才多艺的、近乎完美的青少年偶像组合，在90年代初期他们就以自己最初的单曲“Motownphilly”在美国获得巨大的成功。他们的成员包括Wanya “Squirt” Morris（于1973年7月29日出生在美国Pennsylvania州的费城），Michael “Bass”McCary（于1972年12月16日出生在美国Pennsylvania州的费城），Shawn “Slim” Stockman（1972年9月26日出生）和Nathan “Alex-Vanderpool” Morris（1971年6月18出生）。他们在费城的High school Of Creative And Performing Arts高中结识，并于1998年组成了他们自己的乐队。Bell Biy Devoe的MichaelBivins将他们收于自己门下并将他们介绍到Motown Records唱片公司。
